Cups work great. We tested them in Mexico with 35+ Celsius temps for a week. They keep drinks cold so I assume they will keep them Hot in the winter. The supplier was very easy to communicate with. We had some shipping snags and they were always fast to reply. We placed the order of cups as Wedding favors for our guests that came to our destination wedding in Mexico. The cups arrived lated but made it the day before we left. They were delayed due to Canadian customs holding them for over 6 weeks holding. We used sea shipping to keep the cost down. The staff never left me wondering and always responded fast. I couldn't have asked for better communication. I sent a design I had and they improved it to be exactly what I wanted. Very happy with how these turned out and can't recommend this supplier enough. The rainbow foil colour is exactly what I wanted. The logo was slightly different colours for reaching cup. I highly recommend buying from Joyful.
